Design
And Proofing Process |
 |
During
the initial phone consultation or
meeting with a BoldWater representative
to discuss the design project, we
ask that the customer is prepared
with all the information and elements
important to the project. Some examples
are design ideas, photographs, company
goals, copy (in electronic format),
layout ideas, and target audience.
After receiving a 50% deposit, we
will produce and provide a preliminary
proof. |

Our
process includes up to 3 revisions
that can include image placement
changes, font changes, color changes
and copy changes. |
|
Upon
approval signature and final payment,
artwork will be turned over to client
and/or sent to one of our printing
houses. |
|
In
the event that the project has not
reached approval status by the time
of the 3rd revision, a discussion
will be conducted to determine the
time necessary to finalize the project.
At this point additional charges
may apply and will be discussed. |

Payment |
|
BoldWater®
requires a 50% deposit to begin
all design projects. |

Final
payment is due once the design is
approved and prior to product being
ordered. |

changes to the design are necessary
at time of reorder then design fees
will apply at a rate of $100 per
hour, unless otherwise specified. |

Artwork |
|
Once
you have paid in full, all files
can be requested to be saved for
you on a CD as a flat Photoshop
file, jpg, eps and gif format. Any
channeled or layered working files
are subject to additional fees. |
|
When
purchasing custom graphic design
you can request a copy of your design
or logo on CD. Once your project
is complete, we archive your files
to keep space available on our computers.
Therefore we charge $25 to go into
our archives, retrieve your logo
or design, and either email or burn
to CD. |

|
|
|
Cancellation |
|
In
the event that you disapprove of
your design, your project is subject
to cancellation. Any cancellation
or delay of more than 30 days will
result in the invoicing for the
amount of any advance deposit made
for this project. All work will
remain the property of BoldWater®,
but will be available if the project
should be resumed at a later time
or paid in full. |
